The CTACC established a non-profit 501©(6), shall be nonpartisan and nonsectarian, and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, age, sex marital, handicap or veteran status.

All persons, firms, associations, corporations, partnerships, other business entities or estates having an interest in the objectives above recited shall be eligible to join the CTACC family.

The CTACC also supports the activities which help to bring the communities together in order to promote compassion, cooperation, partnership and community service through dialog and conversation. Therefore the CTACC takes place a sponsoring role in some of the community program and activities.
